Tickets are ready to pick up 15 mins after completing your booking. Self Service Ticket Machines are located at most mainline stations.

For collection, please have with you:

  1. The ticket collection reference given to you when the booking was made.
  2. A credit or debit card which will be used for identification purposes.

Please note: If you have made a booking on behalf of other travellers the booking confirmation email will be sent to the email address displayed on the delivery details page. For details on where you can find your ticket reference .

How to use the Self Service Ticket Machine

  1. Insert a credit or debit card.
  2. Key in your unique Ticket Collection Reference.
  3. Your ticket(s) will then be dispensed.

Do not remove tickets from the machine until all tickets have been issued and the main screen informs you that printing has been completed. In the event of the ticket machine being out of service or failing to issue the tickets, please speak to a member of staff at the station's Travel Centre or Ticket Office where they will be able to assist you.
