When you buy Self Service Tickets online you will be given a Ticket Reference which you need when collecting your tickets.
This reference is displayed:
- On the confirmation page when you have completed your booking.
- In the booking confirmation email we send you.
- By logging into My Account and clicking on Check your order status. There may be multiple collection references if you have booked more than one journey.
Note: You require a valid credit / debit card and your collection reference when collecting tickets at the station. (This does not have to be the card used for payment and no money will taken from the card when collecting the tickets).
